A minimum purchase of 70,000 in furnishings is required to retain your position this season. 100% of this investment goes directly into your home goods, and with our consolidated process of product procurement we allow your money to go on average 1/3 further than if you purchased every item individually. Complimentary storage of goods in Vancouver until your entire project has arrived. This ensures everything for your project is inspected for quality assurance and collected together to provide 1 seamless delivery day to your island home.

Upon your approval for all of your itemized goods, everything is in our trusted team’s hands. We coordinate everything for you, aligning your island home install in a single swift day. This gives you the benefits of the most effective budgeting possible, allowing every penny to allocate towards your home most effectively, and also gives you a turn-key experience just in time for swimsuit season.

Client pays for cost of delivery from Vancouver to their island home. However, Paige will be personally coming to your home to unpack, set, and adjust every item lovingly with her own two hands as an added bonus.

Your home and the process of designing it will be featured on a global stage. We respect the privacy of our clients and do not share addresses or client names.
To qualify, homes must:
1.) Be located on a BC coastal or Gulf Island
2.) Be prepared to invest minimum 70,000$ in home goods.
3.) Possess cinematic potential — natural light, architectural interest, a story to tell
4.) Allow filming access for creative documentation (personal privacy always respected)
5.) All creative direction, filming, and editorial rights remain at the sole discretion of Paige Gray Studios, ensuring each story is captured with artistry, integrity, and respect.

The Savary Island Cottage was the project that started it all — the fire that turned an idea into a calling. What began as one remote island installation became proof that design could be more than service; it could be story. This home became the pilot for The Gray Coast — the moment I realized the way I design, document, and tell these stories could move people, and maybe even redefine what coastal design can be.
