Description
Inspired by the rugged coastline of Ucluelet Lighthouse Loop, this piece captures the quiet movement of the sea as it breathes in and out of a hidden coastal lagoon. Swirling currents carve through the rocks while deep greens and rich ocean blues pull you into the scene, creating that invigorating feeling of standing at the edge of the Pacific with salt air in your lungs.
I wanted this painting to feel alive with movement and atmosphere. Moody skies overhead, dark coastal shadows, tangled shoreline growth, and water so vivid it almost seems to glow. A piece inspired by those long wandering walks on the outer coast where every turn reveals another hidden cove, another pocket of stillness, and another reminder of how wild and beautiful this coastline truly is.
Material Specifications
Paper Prints:
All paper prints are printed on matte, cotton-rag, archival paper, elegantly textured for a mould-made feel with a streamlined 1" white border.
Canvas Prints:
Canvas prints are printed in a sumptuous satin finish using Breathing Color LYVE canvas with award-winning, OBA free, truly archival, museum-grade canvas with incredible dMax and sharp detail. We carefully coat all of our canvas prints with Breathing Color Timeless Coatings, which are certified 100+ year archival by the Fine Art Trade Guild and offer superior UV protection. Stretched canvas prints are built upon 1.5" deep stretcher bars offering presence off the wall and a museum feel. The sides of the canvas are treated in a solid black colour.
Rolled canvas prints include a 2.5" border which allows for stretching on bars up to 1 1/2" deep.
Sizing:
Unframed (rolled) print dimensions are exact to what is shown on the store. For example, a 20x20" paper print measures 20" by 20". This measurement includes the 3/4" white boarder. An unframed 40x40" canvas print includes a 2.5" border, for a total dimension of 45x45" (the image area is 40x40").

Insurance:
Your shipment is also insured, covering any damage upon arrival. If you do have this happen, please take photos of the package upon arrival and we will begin a claim for you where your order will be reprinted and shipped.
