Inspired by Bear Tooth Falls, a hidden gem tucked along the Upper Sunshine Coast and only accessible by boat, this piece holds so much personal meaning for me. I’ve visited these falls throughout my life, and every time feels magical in its own way. Towering rock faces, cold clear water, moss-covered stone, and the sound of the falls echoing through the trees. It is one of those places that instantly makes the world feel quieter.
I wanted this painting to capture the feeling of discovering something sacred and untouched along the coastline. The layered cascades, glowing greens, and still pool below are meant to feel refreshing and immersive, like standing there with damp air on your skin and the scent of cedar all around you. A deeply cherished place, and one that holds memories for so many who know and love this coast.
Material Specifications
Paper Prints:
All paper prints are printed on matte, cotton-rag, archival paper, elegantly textured for a mould-made feel with a streamlined 1" white border.
Canvas Prints:
Canvas prints are printed in a sumptuous satin finish using Breathing Color LYVE canvas with award-winning, OBA free, truly archival, museum-grade canvas with incredible dMax and sharp detail. We carefully coat all of our canvas prints with Breathing Color Timeless Coatings, which are certified 100+ year archival by the Fine Art Trade Guild and offer superior UV protection. Stretched canvas prints are built upon 1.5" deep stretcher bars offering presence off the wall and a museum feel. The sides of the canvas are treated in a solid black colour.
Rolled canvas prints include a 2.5" border which allows for stretching on bars up to 1 1/2" deep.
Sizing:
Unframed (rolled) print dimensions are exact to what is shown on the store. For example, a 20x20" paper print measures 20" by 20". This measurement includes the 3/4" white boarder. An unframed 40x40" canvas print includes a 2.5" border, for a total dimension of 45x45" (the image area is 40x40").

Unframed (rolled) prints and framed paper prints are available globally. Framed canvas prints are currently available within Canada.
Insurance:
Your shipment is also insured, covering any damage upon arrival. If you do have this happen, please take photos of the package upon arrival and we will begin a claim for you where your order will be reprinted and shipped.
