This package works well for things like paint colours, flooring, tile, cabinetry finishes, countertop selections, and wall finishing ideas such as wallpaper. Anything that would remain in your home if you packed up and moved. We are happy to collaborate with brands you or your builder favour, or select from widely available brands that can ship to your door.

• This package does not include furniture, lighting, or accessory recommendations (look to the Gold Package to include those design elements).

• General written installation instructions are included. For detailed floor plans upgrade to Gold.
